The Psychology of Collective Tacit Knowledge –transitions that don’t fail

A Special Monthly Session with a TKM expert

Peter Drucker has been attributed this quote: "Culture eats strategy for breakfast !" Culture is actually a form of collective tacit knowledge, the 'this is how things work here'.

Transitions such as mergers & acquisitions mostly fail to meet expectations but can be mastered with sound cultural psychology. This session will explain how knowledge managers and HR managers have successfully created projects that both respect culture and change it.
